If your mobile device reconnects to the WiFi network, please reboot the thermostat by pressing Menu→Settings→Reboot. MAKE SURE YOUR HVAC SYSTEM IS IDLE BEFORE REBOOTING! Attempt to connect to WiFi again once the thermostat is back to its normal screen.
