Screen is Out of Calibration/Buttons Don't Activate When I Press Them
You will have to reboot the thermostat and calibrate the screen during the reboot. Please be aware that the reboot process can take several minutes.
Make sure your heating/cooling system is not running when you reboot the thermostat!
To reboot a thermostat that is out of calibration, power will need to be turned off at the circuit breaker.
Identify the correct circuit. The thermostat is usually on the same circuit as the furnace or air handler.
Flip the switch for that circuit to the OFF position and wait at least 10 seconds before returning it to the ON position.
As the thermostat is rebooting, there will be a screen that appears asking if you would like to calibrate the touchscreen. Press the Start button when this page appears and follow the prompts.
