Switching Between Experiences

We encourage customers who have been invited to join the American Standard Home app beta release to use the beta version as much as possible and send your honest feedback to hello@asairhome.com.

Should you want to switch between the classic American Standard Home app experience and the beta version, you can do so easily.

To Switch from Classic to Beta

1. Open the American Standard Home mobile app and tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
   
2. Select App Settings.
   
3. Press Switch to Beta App.
   
4. You should immediately see your thermostat in the Beta version.
   

 

 

To Switch from Beta to Classic

1. Open the American Standard Home mobile app and tap the Menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
   
   
2. Select Switch to Classic App.
   
   
3. Log in using your American Standard Home PIN or biometrics.
   
   
4. You should now see your thermostat in the Classic view.
