Enroll and Unenroll GE®/Jasco® and Schlage® Lighting Controls
The GE/Jasco lighting controls and Schlage lighting controls are among the most common lighting controls added. All lighting controls, being wall-powered, will additionally act as repeaters.

Enrollment

Put the bridge into Enrollment mode. Choose one of the following methods.:

Via a Standalone Bridge (BR100 or BR200)

Press the (+) button on the bridge.
BR100 BR200 - Proceed to Step 2.

Press the (+) button on the bridge.

Via an XL824/850/1050 Thermostat
-
- Press Menu.
- Select Smart Home.
- Tap Add Device.
- The thermostat will display a 240-second (4-minute) countdown to complete enrollment. Please proceed to Step 2.
- Press Menu.

Via the Mobile App
-
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the app.
- Press Connect New Device.
- Select Z-Wave Device.
- Tap Continue
- The app will display a 4-minute countdown to complete enrollment. Please proceed to Step 2.
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the app.

Via the Web Portal

- Log into the web portal.
- Press Add Devices on the left side of the page.
- Select Lighting & Power Modules.
- Choose the device model. If you are unsure, any selection will work.
- Click Continue until the countdown begins.
- The portal will display a 4-minute countdown to complete enrollment. Please proceed to Step 2.

Perform the enrollment process on the lighting device itself.

For All GE/Jasco hard-wired switches and dimmers:
- Tap the switch either ON or OFF ONCE.

For all GE/Jasco outlets and Z-Wave Direct-Wire Outdoor/Indoor Smart Switch:
- Press the programming button ONCE.

For all Schlage lighting modules:
- Tap the button in the middle TWICE.
- Tap the button in the middle TWICE.

For All GE/Jasco hard-wired switches and dimmers:

Repeat Step 2 until the app/site/bridge acknowledges it.
Unenrollment

Put the bridge into Unerollment mode. Choose one of the following methods.:

Via a Standalone Bridge (BR100 or BR200)

Press the (-) button on the bridge.
BR100 BR200 - Proceed to Step 2.

Press the (-) button on the bridge.

Via an XL824/850/1050 Thermostat

- Press Menu.
- Select Smart Home.
- Tap Remove Device.
- The thermostat will display a 240-second (4-minute) countdown to complete removal. Please proceed to Step 2.
- Press Menu.

Via the Mobile App

- Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the app.
- Select App Settings.
- Choose Home Settings.
- Press Remove Node.
- The app will display a 4-minute countdown to complete removal. Please proceed to Step 2.
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the app.

Perform the unenrollment process on the device itself.

For All GE/Jasco hard-wired switches and dimmers:
- Tap the switch either ON or OFF ONCE.

For all GE/Jasco outlets and Z-Wave Direct-Wire Outdoor/Indoor Smart Switch:
- Press the programming button ONCE.

For all Schlage lighting modules:
- Tap the button in the middle TWICE.

Repeat Step 2 until the app/bridge acknowledges it.
Troubleshooting
- If any lighting control does not enroll, unenroll it first, even if the device does not appear in the app or portal. The unenrollment process essentially makes the device "forget" any network in which it was previously enrolled, thus making it ready for enrollment again.
- If the lighting control will neither enroll nor unenroll, please call us when you are home, have physical access to your bridge/thermostat and the lighting control, and are available to troubleshoot. We may request that you repeat some of the steps above so that we can confirm and document the outcome of each.
