How To View Recorded Videos

You can easily view your recorded videos from the American Standard® Home web portal or mobile app.

 

Web Portal

1. Log into the American Standard Home web portal.
2. If you have multiple homes, select the home where your camera is installed.
   
   
3. Select Video from the blue menu on the left side of the page.
   
   
4. Locate the camera you want to check and select Recorded Videos.
   
   
5. You can now play, download, and delete videos from that camera or protect them from auto-delete.
   
   

 

Mobile App

1. Log into the American Standard Home mobile app.
2. If you have multiple homes, select the home where your camera is installed.
   
   
3. Select the camera you want to check.
   
   
4. Tap Videos in the lower-left corner of the screen.
   
   
5. You can now play and delete videos from that camera or protect them from auto-delete.
   
   NOTE: Videos cannot be downloaded via the mobile app.  If you want to download videos, please use the American Standard Home web portal.
