Wrong Time on Thermostat

1. If the time on your thermostat is wrong, first ensure that your thermostat is online and connected to American Standard® Home. You can do this from the web portal or the mobile app. |

American Standard Home Portal

- Log into the American Standard Home web portal.
- If you have multiple homes, select the home where the thermostat in question is installed.
- Select Climate from the blue menu on the left side of the page.
- Locate the thermostat in question and check the upper right corner of the thermostat control panel.
- If the thermostat is connected, proceed to the next section.
- If the thermostat is disconnected, please see Thermostat is Disconnected for further troubleshooting steps.
- If the thermostat is connected, proceed to the next section.

American Standard Home Mobile App

- If you have multiple homes, select the home where the thermostat in question is installed.
- Locate the thermostat on the dashboard.
- If the thermostat's status is displayed, proceed to the next section.
- If the thermostat shows as Not Connected, please see Thermostat is Disconnected for further troubleshooting steps.
- If the thermostat's status is displayed, proceed to the next section.
- If you have multiple homes, select the home where the thermostat in question is installed.
2. If your thermostat is online and connected, verify that your home is set to the correct time zone. |
- Log into the American Standard Home web portal if you have not done so already.
- If you have multiple homes, select the home where the thermostat in question is installed.
- Click Edit below the picture of your home.
- In the Home Information section, correct the time zone if needed and click Save Changes.
★ NOTE: If the time zone is already correct
- Choose a different time zone and click Save Changes.
- Re-select the correct time zone and click Save Changes.
- Choose a different time zone and click Save Changes.
3. If the time zone has been corrected and the time is still wrong, reboot your thermostat. |
