Contacting Customer Support

There are five ways to contact Customer Support:

1. Support Center Widget - quickly search this site (our consumer support center) and submit questions, comments, or concerns via a web form.  The widget is available on each page of this site.
2. Web Portal Widget - easily submit questions, comments, or concerns via a web form from any page of the American Standard® Home web portal.
3. Mobile App - request help from within the American Standard Home mobile app menu.
4. Email
5. Telephone

 

Support Center Widget

1. 1. On any page within the support center (this site), click the blue Help button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
      
      
   2. A pop-up will appear and it will ask how we can help.
      
      
   3. Use a few keywords to describe the issue, such as "enroll thermostat" or "forgot my username."  For best results, do not use full sentences.
      ★ NOTE: This is not a chat function!
      
   4. If the articles do not answer your question and you still need to contact Customer Support, press the blue Leave us a Message button in the bottom right corner of the search results window.
      
   5. The web form will now be visible. Complete all of the fields and press Send.
      
      
   6. One of our support agents will respond to you as soon as possible.
      
      

 

Web Portal Widget

1. On any page in the American Standard Home web portal, click the blue Help button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
   
   
2. The web form will now be visible. Complete all of the fields and press Send.
   ★ NOTE: This is not a chat function! You will receive an email response after an agent has reviewed your message!
   
   
3. One of our support agents will respond to you as soon as possible.
   

 

Mobile App

1. 1. Log in to American Standard Home mobile app and press the menu button in the top left corner of the screen.
      

   2. Select Support & Feedback.
      

   3. Select either Email American Standard® Home Support for Help or Send Suggestions or Feedback to send an email to the Customer Support team.  This will launch your email app.

We highly recommend that you use one of the options listed above to contact Customer Support, but our trained agents are available via telephone as well.  Please call the American Standard Home Customer Support team at 1-877-374-0697, Monday-Friday 9 AM – 8 PM ET, and Saturday 10 AM – 5 PM ET to speak with an agent directly.
