How to Remove a Silver 724 From American Standard® Home

You can remove an American Standard Silver 724 Control (WiFi thermostat) from your system via the American Standard Home web portal or mobile app.

Mobile App

1. Log into the American Standard Home mobile app.
2. If you have multiple homes, select the home where the Silver 724 thermostat is installed.
   
   
3. Select the Silver 724 from the dashboard.
   
   
4. Tap Settings.
   
   
5. Select Remove XR724 from American Standard® Home.
   
   
6. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm removal; press OK to confirm.
   
   
7. Once the removal is complete, the app will return to your home's dashboard.

Web Portal

1. Log into the American Standard Home web portal.
2. If you have multiple homes, select the home where the Silver 724 thermostat is installed.
   
3. Select Climate from the blue menu on the left side of the screen.
   
4. Locate your Silver 724 in the list of thermostats and click Edit Settings.
   
5. Click Remove.
   
6. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm removal; press Remove to confirm.
   
7. Once the removal is complete, the site will return to the Climate page.
